The search is on for Miss Teen, Miss, Mrs & Mr Commonwealth SA 2015! Do you see yourself as an Ambassador of Change and want to be a voice in your community spreading hope and become a role model? Our competitions are Empowering programmes where you will have the opportunity to enrich your life and make a difference in the lives of others. Entries close 31 Jan 2015 for Mr CWSA and 28 Feb 2015 for the ladies.
Castings and workshops for ALL applicants will be taking place nation wide during February & March 2015. We do not believe in 'paper judging' and want to meet all Entrants! If chosen as a semi-finalist/ finalist you will have to fulfil certain tasks to qualify for each round of the competition. All workshops, stay-over weekends and accommodation at the Grand Finale will be paid for you. This will be a life changing experience and we have a very exciting and enriching programme planned for 2015! The Grand Finale will be taking place in August 2015.

Entry criteria for Miss Teen: 16-19 years old and single; Miss: 20 years and older, single and no children; Mrs: 25 years and up, must be legally married; Mr: 18 years and up, married or single. Daniela, Ngawethu, Marinda, Rotondwa & Laverne left on 9 & 10 November for London to take part in the International pageant at The Park Inn-Radisson Heathrow Hotel and to spend some time in London afterwards.
Congratulations to Miss Teen CWSA, Daniela and 2nd Princess- Miss CWSA, Rotondwa! Daniela walked away with the Miss Commonwealth International Charity crown and Rotondwa won the Miss Commonwealth Popularity Award.
The Launch of the Commonwealth Pageants in South Africa
The Commonwealth South African pageants were officially launched at the Protea Fire & Ice Hotel at Melrose Arch, JHB on Friday night, 7 March. It was an intimate affair with only media and invited guests whom attended the event. The 3 charities and the judges have been announced for the 2014 competition. For the Miss Teen category the Nelson Mandela Children's Hospital trust will be the beneficiary charity; Miss, Ikageng Aids Ministry and Mrs, the Breast Cancer initiative, PinkDrive.
Entries close 30 April and the finalists will be going on an exciting journey. The Grand finale will be held at the Lyric Theatre on 29 August. The three lucky ladies who will walk away with the crown in their catagories will jet off to London in November. They will compete at the International pageant and as part of their prize package spend a few extra nights in central London after the competition. A life changing journey awaits!
Our Miss Commonwealth SA 2014 walked away with the Miss Commonwealth International 2014 title in London!
Maggy looked fabulous in her Peter Bondesio creation for the Evening wear section on 16 November 2013. She is the third South African winner in the International Triple Crown Contest.
Palesa, our Mrs Commonwealth SA was placed as 1st runner-up.
